2. The present intra-court appeal has been filed
2/4 challenging the order dated 04.10.2023 of the learned Single Judge passed in CWJC No. 9055 of 2015, whereby the appellant/petitioner's writ petition challenging the order of the Director Administration, Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa, was dismissed.

As per the facts on the record, the appellant applied for the post of Field Man in Rajendra Agricultural University (for brevity, 'University') and was subsequently appointed after following the appointment procedures. For the appointment to the post, working experience certificate of one year was also to be produced. The appellant submitted his experience certificate before the respondentUniversity, on the basis of which, the appellant came to be appointed. However, later on, the University, on receiving complaints, made verification of the certificate, which was found to be forged. The appellant was given a show cause notice, and he replied to the said notice. After considering the reply of the appellant, the University terminated his service.
4. The counsel for the appellant submits that an error has been made by the University in the verification
3/4 process of the said certificate. The Pusa Beej Bhandar, where the University had sent the certificate to verify, had committed an error in such verification.
5. The counsel for the respondents denied the claim of the appellant and submitted that the appellant was terminated from the service in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University after his certificate was found to be forged.
6. The learned Single Judge, after going through the facts of the case, had observed that the experience certificate was found to be forged. A show cause notice was issued to the appellant and the reply to the show cause notice was duly considered by the respondent-University. Thereupon the order of termination was issued.
7. From the above submissions, it is evident that due procedure was followed by the respondent-University for terminating the services of the appellant from the post of Field Man. The experience certificate was found to be forged upon verification, due to which the appellant was removed from the service after giving him show cause notice.

8. The order of the learned Single Judge is affirmed, and the appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
9. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
