1. Learned counsel fairly concedes that the issue raised in the present petition stands already decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2783/2022 Chandrakanta & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar decided on 23.09.2022 and reported in 2022 (6) B.L.J. 563.

2. Learned counsel submits that L.P.A.s has been filed against the said order before the Division Bench and prays that this case may be adjourned.

3. In the opinion of this Court, the case can be decided at this stage covering it with the view taken by this Court in the aforesaid case and observing that the case of the petitioner shall be covered by the judgment passed in the L.P.A. filed against the aforesaid judgment.
