2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to issue Revenue Rent Receipt in favour of petitioner and do mutation with respect to Circle-Bodhgaya, Mauja-Amwan, Khata No.661, Khesra No.3642 & 3689, Area 49 Decimals & 5 Acre 55 Decimals respectively, District-Gaya which is pending till today in spite of several representations given by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18277 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Gaya, respondent no.5 with respect to redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
