The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fraudulently transferred the K.K.C. loan amount Rs. 2,45000/- (Two lakhs forty five thousand) by using user ID, Password of branch manager of the Bank in his account.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to return the alleged amount to the bank amount as per the direction of the court within six weeks from today. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

No. 4577 of 2023(2) dt.10-02-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner is ready to return the alleged amount in the bank, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The learned court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner after verifying the fact that Rs. 2,45,000/- (Two lakhs forty five thousand) has been deposited in the account of the bank.
