2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 192, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1) and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to passage, seven named accused persons including the petitioner came and abused her and assaulted her and her husband by rod causing injury and also damaged the courtyard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76141 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation against the petitioner of abuse and assault is general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned APP opposed the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.240 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
