Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after about a month without there being any explanation for the delay. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.40555 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018.
