The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short, is that while the informant was sitting at his Darwaza, the accused persons came at the Darwaza of informant's brother and started abusing. On protest, the accused persons assaulted the informant's brother, his wife and children, as a result of which, they received injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68750 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 is no allegation of assault alleged against the petitioner nor any injury is said to have been caused by the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
