2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with others are said to have been indulged in cheating of innocent people by way of making online forgery. They were arrested on spot from whose possession, some mobile phones, sim cards and ATM cards were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78834 of 2023(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 para 10 of the petition that no any persons complained against the petitioner regarding forgery or withdrawing money from any person's account. He has no concern with the other co-accused persons. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 5.9.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 408 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria.
