2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that he filed an application for membership of the PACS in prescribed format under Rule 7(1) of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959 but the result of that application was not communicated to him which is mandatory under Rules 7(1)(d) and 7(1)(e) of the Bihar Co-operative Societies.

3. Learned counsel for the State Election Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.16751 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 has submitted that this point should have been raised at the earliest possible opportunity which was the stage of revision of the voter lists. The revision of voter lists was started from 09.10.2024 and was finalized on 25.10.2024.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner may raise his grievance before the respondent no. 5, the Election Officer-cumthe Block Development Officer, Harnaut, Nalanda who shall decide the representation before commencing of the nomination.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
