Petitioner is accused in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. Petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018. Further submission is that he is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
