2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 376/354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute and filed a compromise petition in court below on the basis of which maintenance and divorce case also got settled (annexure P/2).

4. Considering annexure P/2, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
