1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-20 for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the authorities to pay the arrears of honorarium for the period 01.04.2023 to 19.03.2024 i.e. the period the petitioner has discharged his duty as Niyojit Teacher on contractual basis

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the honorarium was not paid, as such, he represented before the respondent no.4 by his representation dated 04.04.2024, but the same till date has not been acted upon.
4. The the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to dispose of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a time frame.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
