2. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking the following reliefs:- i. For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to issue Revenue Rent receipt in favour of petitioner with respect to Mauza-Kendua, Circle- Nagar Gaya, Khata No.552 New, Plot No.14 New, Area 4.06 Acre, District Gaya which is pending till today inspite of several representations given by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18092 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 2/2 petitioner to file the detail representation before the Deputy Collector, Land Reform, Gaya, respondent no.5.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

6. On filing the said representation before the respondent no.5 within two weeks by the petitioner, the respondent no.5 shall dispose of the representation of petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
