JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.s. Case No. 347 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was arrested in connection with seizure of 20.70 liters liquor. He further submits that he is in custody since 21.06.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out the police regulatory was not followed the mandatory requirements of provisions of Section 100 Cr.P.C in preparation of the seizure list. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody 21.06.2018, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on
