02. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar (Vasudeva) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 336, 307, 302, 447, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
03. As per prosecution case, 12-14 armed persons entered into the house of the informant and opened fire. Coaccused Sunil Yadav fired upon the brother of the informant in his chest who fell down and thereafter, the petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant with rama and iron rod. In the firing by other co-accused persons, the mother, the daughter and two sisters-in-law of the informant

04. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 13.04.2025. The case of the petitioner is similarly placed with the co-accused Om Prakash Yadav, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 5152 of 2024. The allegation of shooting the brother of the informant is against the co-accused Sunil Yadav and the allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus along with other co-accused persons. The petitioner is having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted.
05. Learned APP for the State opposes the sumission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the allegations against her are general and omnibus and further considering the fact that the specific allegation of shooting the brother of the informant is against co-accused Sunil Ydav and further considering the period of custody of the petitioner and her clean antecedent along with submission of charge-sheet, the petitioner above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76157 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/court concerned in connection with Nawanagar (Vasudeva OP) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of BNSS and the following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
