Vide order dated 14.11.2019, the case was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna. The report of the Mediator is on the record. It appears that the parties have amicably settled their dispute outside the Court. Learned counsel for the informant has also submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and the informant is no more interested in pursuing the criminal case against the petitioner.

In view of the submissions advanced at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
