A burglary is said to have been committed in the house of the informant. The petitioner No. 2 was seen running away with some of the belongings of the house. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners stay in the same house as that of the informant and they are related to each other. The petitioners are the first cousins of the informant. There has not been any recovery from the petitioners. In that situation, learned

The petitioners have clean antecedents and they are in custody since 02.05.2018.
Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Begusarai in connection Bachhwara P.S.
