JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the road, starting from Chowk Shikarpur, Nalapar upto Mangal Talab, since the vegetable vendors have made 20 feet godown over the said road and have also put there basket with vegetables and fruits there, resulting in woman and old man being injured daily on account of the road having become narrow, as a result of which there is no space to pass/travel smoothly."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna for redressal of its aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
