The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 742 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 223 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 742 of 2018.
