JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a)/50(g)/57/60 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 4500 liters. Learned counsel submits that the said liquor was seized from the Scorpio vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and half months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
