2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant alleges that on account of some matrimonial dispute, her daughter in-law namely Puja (petitioner) went to her parental home and after sometimes, came back to her matrimonial home and threatened that her family members are coming to teach them a lesson. Further, all the accused persons, named in the F.I.R., came and thereafter, co-accused Binod Singh and Sandeep Singh assaulted the husband of the informant by bamboo causing injury on head. Thereafter, this petitioner alongwith Indrashan Devi assaulted

No.76143 of 2025(2) dt.14-11-2025 2/3 informant causing injury on her head and co-accused Nachku, Rahul and Chhotu assaulted informant's son (also named Sandeep) causing fracture of his right hand. Thereafter, informant took her husband to the hospital for treatment, where doctor declared him dead.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, co-accused Binod Singh and Sandeep Singh assaulted husband of informant with bamboo causing his death. So far as this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that she along with Indrasan Devi assaulted informant causing injury on her head. Similarly situated co-accused Neha Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 48340 of 2025. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 23.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is lady, clean antecedent and period of custody, the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions
