JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 433 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is named in the FIR and he along with others assaulted the informant and further allegation is that when wife of informant came to save him, she was also assaulted by Khanti, causing injuries to her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries on the person of wife of informant are simple in nature except one injury, i.e., on hand and petitioner has also received injuries in the occurrence.

No.68613 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 433 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
