The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence under sections 419,420,467,468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, amongst the persons who were going for appearing in the physical test for selection in the CRPF, it is stated that their photographs and finger print did not match with the record. Thus, it is stated that the accused persons tried to impersonate some other candidates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation as levelled in the FIR are false and concocted.

It is further submitted that their case stands on similar footing to that of co-accused Sanjeev Kumar Sanjeev whose name stands at serial no. 3 in the FIR and who has been granted bail by order dated 13.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66004 of 2019. The petitioners are in custody since 20.08.2019 and has no criminal antecedent.

The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 (District Bhagalpur).
