JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.3.2018 seeks bail in Pipara PS Case No. 212 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and merely on the confessional statement of another co-accused Ravi Raj the petitioner has been made accused in the present case, however neither there is any recovery of robbed motorcycle from the possession nor he was ever put on TIP during investigation and the investigation has already concluded. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjan Kumar @ Pramukh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Motihari in connection with Pipra Kothi PS Case No. 212 of 2017.
