1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kuchaykot P.S. Case no. 453 of 2022 registered under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on an information having been received and raid being conducted, it is stated that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his house. The alleged recovery was not from his house. He has been falsely implicated in the case for oblique reasons. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2022 and has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for over 6 months since 14.10.2022, his having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kuchaykot P.S. Case no. 453 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIst, Gopalganj.
