Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 205 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case with ulterior motive only to harass the petitioner. Nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner except 02 gram Ganja. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
