JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.2.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 80085 of 2018 by which prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed on condition to surrender within a period of six weeks. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as petitioner No.2 was pregnant she could not surrender earlier and as such this application for modification has been filed.

However, as per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner though she was pregnant at the time of passing of the order but the present application has been filed in the month of October, 2019 after long eight months, as such submission of

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
