At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed this writ petition for following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioners and grant the matric trained pay scale to him after completion of three years of regular service from the date of appointment or from 1/10/2003 which ever is later with all consequential benefits for which he is legally entitled to as the respondents have not send the petitioners for
Patna High Court CWJC No.17979 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 In-service Teachers Training within two years of appointment in terms of Government Circular and due to laches on the part of Respondents the petitioner should not be compelled to suffer as held by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C No. 7322 of 2017 disposed of on 11/4/2018 and C.W.J.C No.
14553 of 2023 disposed of on 20/4/2024.
And case of the petitioners is identical and fully covered by order dated 11/4/2018 passed in C.W.J.C No. 7322 of 2017 affirmed by the Division Bench. And for which the petitioner is legally entitled to.
And/or issue any other appropriate Writ/Writs, direction/directions, order/orders for which the petitioners may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances stated hereunder."

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has gone through the orders passed in different writ petitions, which is referred in the relief portion by the writ petitioners, having been passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court rendered in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017. The issue has already been crystallized and necessary directions have been issued for considering the case of the similarly situated persons for grant of Matric Trained Scale, on completion of 03 years, and relying upon the aforementioned Judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, similar writ petition being C.W.J.C. No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17979 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 3/3 14553 of 2023 was disposed vide order dated 20.04.2024, wherein the matters were directed to be considered in the light of the Judgment rendered in Abdus Samad Vrs. State of Bihar and Ors, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017, dated 11.04.2018.
4. It has next been submitted that pursuant to the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of C.W.J.C. No. 14533 of 2023, necessary orders have also been issued by the office of the District Education Officer, Vaishali, which is appended as Annexure-P/8 at page 27. The petitioner's case is also similar to that of the persons, whose name finds place in Annexure-P/8 and as such his case may also directed to be considered in similar terms.
5. Accordingly, this matter is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to take a similar view, if the petitioner's case also falls within the same parameter, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of the order.
