Petitioner is accused in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the I.P.C. and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018. He has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
