2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. The specific allegation is against one Sachin who abused the informant and shot fired due to which informant daughter and younger brother got injured. There is case and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Hiramma P.S.
