2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 504, 153 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons are alleged to have assaulted police personnel and caused hindrance in discharge of their official duty and also damaged public property.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner

Considering the fact that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted police personnel, damaged public property and also hindered in discharging their official duty , criminal antecedents of this petitioner and gravity of the offence , prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
