The petitioners are in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2382 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioner are in custody since 08.06.2018 in connection with seizure of 33.3 liters foreign liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
