2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no.2. The allegation is of demand of dowry and torture.

4. Learned counsels appearing for both the sides have brought this fact to the notice of the Court that the husband and wife are staying together and living a peaceful conjugal life.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, however, has expressed his apprehension towards the fact as to

6. In response to which the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are staying together by their own will.

7. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. However, it is expected that the parties would maintain cordial relationship with each other and would not give any chance of complaint to the other.
