Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No.250 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be uncle, nandoshi and married Nanad of the informant. The case is of torture with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that all tee family members of the husband of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71420 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 have been made party in this case and there is no specific allegation attributed against any of the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No.250 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
