The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 143 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner first assaulted the informant on her head with iron rod and when her husband came to rescue her, he assaulted him also with iron rod causing injuries over his head, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
