JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.320 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 37(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in drunken condition and it is also alleged that from the pocket of the trouser of the petitioner one Katta and two live cartridges were seized. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21.07.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of
