2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 17.09.2024 at about 10:30 (night), this petitioner came to house of informant and took informant's son with him on plea of some urgent work, but informant's son did not return and on the next day, his dead-body was recovered in a field. Informant believes that this petitioner and his other family members committed the murder of her son, since there was love affairs of petitioner's sister with the informant's son (deceased), which was not liked by family members of petitioner. From the post-mortem report, it appears that case of death has been opined to be "Asphyxia due to hanging".
