Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No.247 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, petitioner is said to have assaulted by Farsa on the head of the informant causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and one of the injuries was found to be simple and another is pain. Further there is allegation that he has assaulted by Farsa but no sharp cut injury was found on the person of the injured. Petitioner and the informants are the brother also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No.247 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
