====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, committed theft of one motor, vibrator and four iron pipes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and no stolen article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 bail and submits that three articles have been recovered from the petitioner which were being carried by this petitioner along with others.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
