JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP. There happens to be specific allegation against accused, Sunil Prasad to have repeatedly shot at the deceased, Deep Narayan who succumbed to his injuries.

In the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, petitioner, SHAILENDRA PRASAD @ MUNNA who is under custody since 05.07.2019, is directed to be released on on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur PS Case No. 353/2019.
