For issuance of appropriate direction to make proper drainage system (Naala) in the village of the petitioner so that there could be the permanent solution of water lodging issue from the village of the petitioner.

(II). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus / other, directing the respondents to clear the water lodging issue from the village of the petitioner immediately."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent
