ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 05.05.2018 & 09.05.2018 respectively in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 323, 307, 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the First Information Report yet in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the present petitioners have not been named. However, considering the entire facts and circumstances and that there is allegation in First Information Report itself against these two petitioners, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42661 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 grant regular bail to these petitioners.

It is accordingly dismissed.
