Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and there is allegation that he along with others committed murder of the deceased. Moreover, the impugned order goes to show that the case of the petitioner has already been posted for argument and therefore, in the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 393/2017 arising out of Nagarnausa P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43552 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 Case no. 07/2017 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected.
