This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2018, arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 for offences under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The petitioner was found in possession of 400 Grams of Ganja and earlier his bail application was rejected vide Cr.Misc. No. 22767 of 2018 by order dated 17.04.2018 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2018, arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna.
