Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 452, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 354/34 of the IPC. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.5.2018 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged on account of previous enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in Roushanganj P.S. Case no. 69/2018.
