2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 06/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Named accused persons, unknown criminals and other are said to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name surfaced during the course of investigation. He is in Jail since 23.08.2023.

4. Considering the fact that there is no material to connect with the crime except suspicion, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 81335 of 2023(4) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 06/2023.

5. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Bihpur police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
