ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 09.03.2018 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim girl has stated that she was having a love affair with the petitioner so the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. However, it appears that the victim girl has stated that she had been in a relationship with the petitioner for two years and her age, as per School Leaving Certificate, is fifteen years and the Doctor has also opined the same. It thus, appears that the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43155 of 2018 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 one of kidnapping of the minor girl.

As such, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.

It is accordingly rejected.
