2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Monu Singh and Sonu Singh started firing indiscriminately as a result of which informant sustained one gun shot injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are full brothers and only allegation against petitioner is that he is the order giver. There is no allegation of assault or firing against this petitioner. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the relationship between the parties, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Jankinagar P. S. Case No. 264 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
