Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Isuapur P. S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307, 427, 353 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others, but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that it was prosecution party, who assaulted the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69647 of 2019(5) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 and others and in that course, one person of the petitioners' side suffered firearm injury for which Isuapur P. S. Case No.83 of 2019 was registered against the prosecution party. He further submits that moreover, co-accused Yogendra Singh @ Jogendra Singh as well as Rajeev Kumar Singh @ Rajiv Singh have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Isuapur P. S. Case No.84 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) vikash/- U T
