The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25(I-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
